By accessing and using Civil World, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services.
You must register using accurate personal and professional details. Fake identities, false company names, or unverifiable licenses will lead to immediate suspension.
You may be asked to upload certificates (e.g., degree, license, GST, etc.) which must be genuine. Any attempt to upload forged or edited documents will be treated as fraud and may lead to legal action.
All projects uploaded must be your original work. Uploading photos or videos that belong to someone else without permission is prohibited.
You must respond to genuine leads respectfully. Misusing customer data, spamming, or giving misleading estimates will result in a ban.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data entered in the diary. This tool is for your internal management — Civil World will never use this data for third-party purposes.
Core features are free to use. An optional Premium Plan unlocks additional features — see SECTION 4 below for subscription terms. You are not allowed to charge any fees through the app without clear agreement from the client.
When submitting a lead or tender, you must provide correct personal and project details. Using fake names, false contact numbers, or submitting bogus tenders is a violation.
Don’t submit inquiries just to get quotes for comparison with no intent to hire. Repeated misuse may result in account restrictions.
We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or pricing of services provided by professionals. We only connect users.
Your personal details will only be shared with professionals you contact. We never sell or distribute your data for marketing or other purposes.
You are advised to verify the background of professionals before making payments or signing any contracts. Civil World will not be liable for any monetary loss.
Any user caught:
Will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
Abusive, threatening, or vulgar communication through chat, calls, or messages is not tolerated.
You agree not to use bots, automation, or any means to manipulate app features (likes, leads, reviews, etc.).
Any content you upload (projects, photos, reviews) can be used by Civil World for promotional purposes — with proper credits where applicable.
Civil World's core features are free for all users. An optional Premium Plan is available for additional features — see SECTION 4 for subscription terms.
All activities must comply with Indian laws. In case of disputes, the legal jurisdiction will be Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
Civil World may revise these terms at any time. Users will be informed through the app or email. Continued use implies acceptance.
Civil World offers an optional Premium Plan that unlocks additional features, including posting and managing Projects, browsing other members' Tenders, the Daily Diary, and Leads. A limited one-time Free Trial of Premium may be available to new users at no cost.
Premium subscriptions purchased through our website are one-time payments for the selected period (e.g. 3 months) via Razorpay. They do not renew automatically — your Premium access simply ends at the end of the paid period unless you purchase again.
Premium subscriptions purchased through the Civil World iOS app are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings, under Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.
Web-purchased Premium access ends automatically at the end of the paid period — there is nothing to cancel. iOS App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID account settings; Civil World cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
